Hottest yoga studio in town. Offers variety of styles including a Yoga Boot Camp, Hot, Hot Flow, Kripalu, Ashtanga. Clases for beginner to advanced. This is a Pay What You Can studio. There is no set fee you pay what you are able to.

Yoga Energy is a new studio located in the center of St. Petersburg FL. Me and two of my friends came here for a kripalu flow and we were the only students in that class, which was wonderful, since we could practice at our own pace and get more personal attention from the instructor.
The studio is small and cozy with yoga mats provided for your use. Soft music was very peaceful and not at all distracting. It's also a 'pay what you can' studio where you just put your donations in a small box after the practice.
The kripalu practice is slow and meditative, but also physically challenging enough to feel like we've worked out. All three of us enjoyed it here and hope to go back soon.
