I've been to this yoga studio many times, since it's so close to my home. It is a great studio for exercise - stretching your body and relieving stress, not so much for the other- more spiritual aspects of yoga.
It offers one free week of yoga for new students, free parking, large and clean changing rooms with showers and just about anything you might need, and a beautiful view of Chicago skyline.
Classes are hot, intense, and fast paced with loud music sometimes playing in the background, which I thought was extremely distracting.
A lot of the instructors are recent graduates of Core Power teacher training program and are new at teaching yoga. However, I always enjoy classes with Sheri and Chris Na. Overall, Core power is a great work out place when I feel like sweating and stretching out my body.
