Description
Yoga is a Sanskrit word that literally translated means union of body, mind and spirit. With a wide range of styles, yoga takes many different forms. Each class is designed to build your strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Classes focus on you working through a series of body poses (asanas) performed either sitting, standing or lying down, with concentration on posture and breathing.
